Joseph Linza
President
Joe Linza is Lynker’s Founder and Chief Executive Officer. He has an extensive background in the Government services contracting business. Mr. Linza recently served as Vice President of Strategic Solutions System at Software Performance Systems (SPS). Mr. Linza played a key role in the successful sale of SPS to McDonald Bradley in 2006.
Howard Hempenius
Program Director
Howard Hempenius has over thirty years of executive and management experience in project and portfolio manage
ment, product development, operations, engineering, and information technology in large commercial organizations He has worked with government agencies for the past eight years with a focus in project, program, and portfolio management, and Program Management Office (PMO) implementation. A graduate of the United States Naval Academy, he earned a B.S. degree with a major in Operations Research. After serving as an officer in the US Navy’s submarine force, Mr. Hempenius received a Master in Business Administration from Harvard Business School, with a focus in general management. He is certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) by the Project Management Institute.
Program Director
Lee Stang serves as Program Director at Lynker Technologies. He brings to Lynker an extensive background in Government Program and Project Management. Prior to joining Lynker, Mr. Stang served for almost 40 years in the Federal Government. Mr. Stang served in the Senior Executive Service as director of the Electronics Records Archives Program at the National Archives and Records Administration. Prior to that, Mr. Stang spent almost 30 years working for the National Weather Service on multiple weather observing and processing programs. Mr. Stang is a graduate of the University of Maryland with a degree in Electrical Engineering. He was a member of the Industry Advisory Council (IAC) Partners Program in 2004. Mr. Stang is a Project Management Professional certified by the Project Management Institute.
Hugh Ellison
Engineering Director
Hugh Ellison serves as Engineering Director at Lynker Technologies. He brings to Lynker an extensive background in E
ngineering and Engineering Services. Mr. Ellison’s career spans over 28 years of engineering expertise including the management and support for server hardware, facility management, database management, deployment of application software, operating system software, security and production support of data centers. Prior to joining Lynker, Mr. Ellison founded ECS Technology LLC, where he continues to serve as President and Managing Partner. Mr. Ellison is a graduate of East Carolina University with a degree in Computer Science.
