National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) – National Ocean Service

This IDIQ supports the National Ocean Service and provides GIS development, application development, and other consulting services as required on a Time and Materials basis. Consulting services may include risk analysis, market surveys and technology assessments, IT security consulting, gap analysis studies, evaluate compile and process statistical analysis, capacity analysis studies, system reviews to assess potential security issues.


National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) – National Water Center

This IDIQ supports the NWS National Water Center and the River Forecast Centers (RFCs) in delivering improved hydrologic and hydrometeorological modeling capabilities. Lynker also provides services which include developing, evaluating and implementing new scientific methods to improve flood forecasting, performing data analysis in support of operational forecasting services, calibrating hydrologic models and developing new software for operational deployment.


National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) – National Marine Fisheries

This IDIQ supports the National Marine Fisheries Services (NMFS) and its Western Region Science Centers in delivering professional, scientific, and technical support services. Lynker will provide services which include biological and physiological field experiments and surveys, support of NOAA’s Observer Program, operational procedural support, development of models and simulation for fisheries management, preparation and review of fisheries management journals and other scientific publications , local and traditional knowledge expertise to the native Hawaii and Alaska cultures, and analysis, maintenance, and archiving of passive acoustic data sets.


U.S. Navy – Seaport-E

NOAALink is an innovative and strategic IT infrastructure planning and acquisition process offering the Department of Commerce and NOAA IT organizations a broad range of cost-effective, enterprise-wide IT solutions, while improving IT service delivery and meeting NOAA’s technology, contracting and financial goals.


National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) – Scientific, Technical Support Services (Sci-tech) – DG133E-1-0CQ-0033 – (Riverside Technology, Inc)

The SciTech IDIQ is NOAA’s largest scientific and technical support services contract, designed to be used across all of NOAA’s lines offices. The vehicle will support NOAA science missions by conducting scientific and technical research and experiments; developing and using predictive models, new observing systems technologies, new analytical and forecast tools in weather, climate, solar, ocean, coastal and ecological assessments, monitoring, data assimilation/dissemination, and predictions; and developing scientific assessments and information products to enhance public education and guide government action.


Department of Justice (DOJ) – Information Technology Support Services (ITSS-4) – (Vencore Inc.)

The ITSS-4 is a Multiple Agency Contract (MAC) designed to provide the DOJ with systems development and other IT support services in a timely manner by qualified contractors. This seven-year multiple award IDIQ is worth $1.1 billion and will provide the opportunity to compete for software and application development, systems and software engineering, Web development, systems integration acquisition, and IT services requirements for multiple offices within DOJ.


Department of Homeland Security (DHS) – Transportation Security Administration (TSA) – Organization Application Support for Information Services (OASIS II) – (IBM Corp)

OASIS II is an IDIQ designed to provide the TSA with systems development and other IT support services in a timely manner by qualified contractors. The main focus of services included on this IDIQ are enterprise-focused applications development capabilities where IT services are delivered through state-of-the-art, service-enabled IT software systems and dynamic computing environments.


Veterans Technology Services (VETS) Government Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC): (C Watkins & Associates)

The VETS GWAC is a small business set-aside contract for service-disabled veteran-owned (SDVO) technology firms. This contract presents a new way for federal agencies to achieve small business goals through purchase of Information Technology solutions from small businesses owned by service-disabled veterans. This is a 10-year (five-year base period with one, five-year option), multiple award, Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity contract broadly covering information technology services.
