Summary: Lynker Technologies was awarded a 3-year, $5,000,000 prime contract in July 2009. The U.S. National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration has a requirement for a suite of technical support services consistent with tasks defined under the GSA Schedule 70, Special Item Number 132-51 covering IT Professional Services. Lynker performs GIS development, application development, and other consulting services as required on a Time and Materials basis. Consulting services may include risk analysis, market surveys and technology assessments, IT security consulting, gap analysis studies, evaluate compile and process statistical analysis, capacity analysis studies, system reviews to assess potential security issues.

Summary: The VETS GWAC is a small business set-aside contract for service-disabled veteran-owned (SDVO) technology firms. This contract presents a new way for federal agencies to achieve small business goals through purchase of Information Technology solutions from small businesses owned by service-disabled veterans. This is a 10-year (five-year base period with one, five-year option), multiple award, Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity contract broadly covering information technology services in two Functional Areas (FAs). FA 1 consists of Systems Operations & Maintenance (integration support, data storage management, and network support), while FA 2 is for Information Systems Engineering (system & software design, software engineering, and IT strategic planning & studies).

Summary: The Information Technology Support Services (ITSS-4) is an IDIQ contract that supports a wide range of lifecycle IT-related tasks and processes, including systems development, IT planning, systems engineering, systems development and testing, systems programming and integration, systems conversions, interoperability verification and testing, cyber security, technology infusion, continuity of operations and other technology services for all DOJ components. The ITSS-4 contract will enable the DOJ to connect to resources to support the IT infrastructure critical to the success of the agency’s mission, including cyber defense, intelligence and counterintelligence, law enforcement, administration, incarceration, grants management, and criminal and civil litigation. It also will help the DOJ meet the needs of its widely dispersed workforce.
