Our toolkit of processes is extensive: International Standards Organization (ISO) standards that include ISO 9000/9001 for Quality Management Systems, Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), and Project Management Institute standards for project, program, and portfolio management. Our focus is to apply the right process appropriately to our client’s organization and business requirements.
